Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Litigation Associate (Complex Business) in Boston, MA, with mid-level experience to join our commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will handle complex disputes across all litigation stages, including discovery, pleadings, depositions, and trial prep.

Requirements include admission to MA, NY or CT bar and 4–5 years of relevant litigation experience, with strong analytical and writing skills. We offer a hybrid work schedule and a competitive compensation package.

• Strong analytical, writing, and case-management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct written and document discovery, including review of electronic information
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, and motions (dispositive and non-dispositive)
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
• Assist with witness preparation and trial strategy
• Perform legal research and provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with partners and clients while managing independent responsibilities
• Participate in high-stakes matters
