Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to conclusion.
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients on case developments.
Contribute to business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.
Stay updated with current laws, recent industry trends, and court decisions that may impact our clients.
