Confidential Employer. in New York seeks a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our New York team and help clients navigate sophisticated legal disputes.

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, breach of contract cases, and related matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; manage discovery; and assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract disputes, or other commercial litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with substantive motion practice, depositions, or sophisticated litigation is highly valued.

Compensation: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
