Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from initial pleadings through discovery, trial, settlement, or ADR.
• Handle disputes including breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, IP, and corporate governance matters.
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue motions including dismissals, summary judgment, and preliminary injunctions.
• Lead discovery efforts including document production and e-discovery.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and develop strategic client solutions.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Guide junior attorneys and paralegals while working with senior attorneys on litigation strategy.
• Develop relationships with clients and serve as a trusted resource throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from initial pleadings through discovery, trial, settlement, or alternative dispute resolution.
• Handle a broad range of business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property, and corporate governance matters.
• Take and defend depositions involving fact and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and preliminary injunction applications.
• Lead discovery efforts, including document production, electronic discovery, and discovery-related disputes.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and develop practical, strategic solutions for clients.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy while providing guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Develop relationships with clients and serve as a trusted resource throughout the litigation process.
