Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong discovery management experience, including document review and production.
• Witness preparation experience for hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Commercial Litigation Associate | New York | $220k-$250k+ bonus

An excellent opportunity for a 5+ attorney to join a highly regarded New York firm handling sophisticated commercial disputes, with strong partner access, high quality work and genuine progression prospects. Experience involving real estate related litigation, construction disputes, or both is strongly preferred.
