FCCI Insurance Group in Richardson, TX is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter Trainee. In this role you will train to underwrite risk for new and renewal commercial business, learning guidelines, rating rules and insurance laws while building strong relationships with agents and insureds.

The program starts in early June 2027 and includes on-the-job shadowing, with travel to corporate HQ for periodic training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (risk management & insurance preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; good judgment and time management.
• Ability to determine customer needs, provide solutions and price business.
• Basic knowledge of underwriting processes, coverages, tools and company products.
• Willingness to complete CPCU or CIC designations.
