FCCI Insurance Group in Richardson, TX seeks a Commercial Lines Underwriter Trainee to learn underwriting processes, rating rules and insurance laws while building relationships with agents and insureds in the assigned territory.

The program includes extensive training and on-the-job shadowing. Upon mastery, you will evaluate accounts and make recommendations within limited authority, with periodic travel for training and field work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree; risk management/insurance preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, with good judgment and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to pursue CPCU or CIC designations.

Mansioni

• Participate in a comprehensive training program and on-the-job shadowing.
