Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Account Manager/Operations Leader to oversee the unit's daily activities, ensuring service standards and risk management quality control. You may also handle a book of business aligned with the Account Manager role.

Responsibilities include coordinating inside service for new and existing clients, supervising 2+ employees, maintaining renewals, and KPI reporting while upholding USI Core Values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency; understanding of coverage, underwriting and rating concepts.
• High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise coordinating inside service for new and existing clients through sales, account development, and problem solving.
• Manage 2+ employees; interview, hire and develop the team; conduct performance reviews and set priorities.
• Maintain renewal expirations with timely actions; ensure invoicing and backlogs are addressed.
• Produce and monitor monthly KPI reports and ensure timely renewals and accuracy.
