Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Must hold Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Willing to pursue industry designation or advanced knowledge.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and ImageRight preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the client relationship, retention, and developing a competitive insurance program.
• Inform and educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, coverages, and trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewal workflow to avoid any lapse in coverage.
• Negotiate renewal or new line of coverage with underwriting guidelines knowledge.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
• Assist clients with claims reporting.
• Adhere to invoicing and collections policies; manage cancellations per standards.
• Manage client accounts according to USI guidelines and KPIs.
• Stay current on industry information, technology, and trends.
