Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of Commercial Lines broker/ carrier experience required.
• 2+ years of supervising people.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• CIC designation preferred.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple offices and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of agency management systems, MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop service team employees.
• Conduct performance management conversations and annual evaluations.
• Manage daily service operations and staffing resources.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, productivity, and service standards.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Lead process improvements and document workflow guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and account transactions.
• Generate reports on productivity, service levels, retention, and workflow.
• Mentor account executives, managers, and support staff.
• Serve as escalation point for operational challenges and employee concerns.
