Job summary

LP Insurance Services seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead and direct the LP service teams. The role encompasses workforce planning, staff development, workflow management, QA, operational consistency, and service performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Commercial Lines broker and/or carrier experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising people.
• Knowledge of agency procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to lead through influence across multiple offices and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop service team employees.
• Conduct performance management conversations and annual evaluations.
• Manage daily service operations and staffing resources to ensure workload distribution.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, productivity, and service standards across the Commercial Lines department.
• Establish and monitor departmental performance metrics and generate related reports.
• Serve as a mentor for account executives, account managers, and support staff.
• Escalate operational challenges and address employee concerns.
