USI Insurance Services seeks a Practice Leader to drive revenue growth for Select Commercial Lines. You will manage the Select sales producers and align with the Regional Executive Leadership Team to hit sales and budget goals.

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, guide prospecting and closing processes, and partner with recruiting to onboard top producers and brokers.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of Property and Casualty brokerage sales experience.
• Leadership experience preferred with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Select producers and staff to achieve revenue goals.
• Drive revenue growth targets and oversee prospecting, appointments and closings.
• Partner with recruiting to source and onboard new producers/brokers.
• Oversee marketing and carrier partner relationships for client placement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead huddles and join new business appointments where needed.
• Ensure robust pipelines with quality prospects via CRM.
