Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to manage the end-to-end placement process for small commercial accounts. You will oversee timelines, conduct exposure and financial analysis, prepare submissions, and negotiate terms with carriers.

This role requires strong negotiation, market knowledge, and the ability to work with a collaborative Client Advisors and Account Service Team. On-site presence in California is expected, with opportunities across the Commercial Lines group.

Qualifications

• Professional license required (P&C).
• Minimum 3 years in insurance, small/mid commercial placements.
• CRM/CISR/CIC or similar designation preferred or actively pursued.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal processes for small commercial accounts.
• Analyze exposure and financials, prepare quote specs and submissions.
• Negotiate coverage terms and present proposals to carriers.
