Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to manage and execute placements for small commercial accounts. You will oversee timelines, analyze exposures, and present coverage proposals to markets.

Responsibilities include market strategy, carrier submissions, and collaboration with producers and account teams to optimize outcomes. A current P&C license and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of small/mid commercial placement experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Designations such as CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU are preferred or actively pursued.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal submissions with carrier portals.
• Develop market strategies and placement plans based on risk and lines of coverage.
• Review policies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and Account Service Team to market and place accounts.
