Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a driven Producer to secure new insurance business and build lasting client relationships in Texas. You will screen leads, conduct meetings, and present tailored Frost Insurance proposals to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales experience, plus Texas General Lines licensing within 90 days. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Texas General Lines Agents License: Property and Casualty or Life, Accident, Health, and HMO, or attainment within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business from existing clients and leads; set appointments.
• Conduct client and prospect meetings to determine fit for Frost Insurance.
• Develop and deliver formal insurance proposals including coverage and deductibles.
• Screen leads and determine if Frost Insurance Agency market exists to satisfy needs.
• Survey prospects to determine insurance needs and collect underwriting information.
