Frost Insurance Agency in Texas seeks an Employee Benefits Account Representative to support Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers on a defined book of business. You will use collaboration to maintain and expand accounts and document all changes in the agency management system.

You will gather information for quotes, prepare proposals, respond to client questions, and assist with renewals to meet carrier and client needs. A strong communicator with MS Office skills is essential.

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate with Producers, Account Executives and Account Managers.

Mansioni

• Assist Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers with renewals and preparation for upcoming renewals.
• Gather information for placement of new or renewal business and request quotes from carriers and partners.
• Prepare proposal documents to assist clients in insurance purchasing decisions.
• Respond to client questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Document administrative requests for changes or services in the agency management system.
• Research claims and billing inquiries for clients upon request.
• Support accounts assigned to other personnel when necessary.
• Prepare accounts for re-marketing prior to renewal.
• Demonstrate integrity, caring, and excellence in all activities.
