Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on assigned leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Assist walk-in clients by assessing insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients.
• Review and analyze client requirements, exposures, and risks to recommend suitable products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with CSRs to identify opportunities and provide exceptional client support.
• Monitor market trends and participate in rate negotiations and policy reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Ability to write and service:
• General Liability
• Workers' Compensation
• Excess Liability
• Business Auto
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with AMS360 is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
