Job summary

Bearingstar Insurance, part of the Arbella Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Lines Inside Sales Account Manager to support MA and CT clients. The role is hybrid and can be based in Fall River or Norwood, MA, with a focus on building relationships, assessing risk, and delivering tailored coverage solutions.

You’ll work with qualified leads, apply your insurance expertise, and guide clients from initial contact through quote and binding.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property & Casualty experience required.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience with commercial insurance quoting, marketing and placement.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, forms, limits and rating concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified leads, build rapport, and develop trusted relationships throughout the sales process.
• Conduct discovery to understand each client’s business, risk exposures, insurance needs, and opportunities for additional coverage.
• Gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and work with carrier markets and underwriters to secure competitive coverage and terms.
• Analyze quotes and develop clear, client-focused proposals that effectively communicate coverage options, limits, deductibles, and value.
• Follow up with prospects, address questions and objections, and guide opportunities through quoting, closing, and binding.
• Maintain accurate and complete account documentation and assist with renewals and remarketing.
