Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support agents, policyholders, and business partners via phone and email. You will handle policy servicing, certificates, and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide timely and professional support to agents, policyholders, and vendors.
• Process Certificates of Insurance and other policy servicing requests.
• Manage shared inboxes and prioritize customer inquiries.
• Conduct outbound customer service, renewal, and new business outreach as needed.
• Support additional administrative tasks including document processing and account maintenance.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Adhere to structured scheduling requirements and service level expectations.
