Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Property & Casualty division in Wisconsin. You will provide responsive and accurate support to commercial insurance clients, collaborating with producers and account managers to service accounts, process policy changes, coordinate renewals, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Two or more years of commercial lines servicing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance products (liability, property, workers’ comp, auto, umbrella).
• Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360 or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications related to renewals, policy changes, audits, and billing.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
• Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate policy documentation.
• Service a portfolio of commercial accounts across various industries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, certificates, and other policy changes.
• Organize and prioritize workflows for an assigned book of business.
• Prepare and review renewal submissions, applications, and proposals for new and existing business.
• Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options for renewal business.
• Support producers and account managers in marketing new and renewal business, with a focus on retention.
