We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist our team in supporting a well‑established, high‑retention, and profitable book of commercial insurance clients. This position focuses on client service, policy administration, and account support within a professional, team‑oriented agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Account Management

• Provide day‑to‑day service and support for commercial insurance clients
• Respond promptly to client requests, coverage questions, and policy service needs
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely communication
• Support account managers and producers in servicing accounts

Policy Processing & Administration

• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy changes
• Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, ID cards, and policy summaries
• Order and review loss runs and motor vehicle reports (MVRs)
• Assist with invoices, finance agreements, audits, and related documentation
• Ensure accurate data entry within agency management systems

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow agency procedures designed to minimize errors and omissions exposure
• Resolve routine administrative and customer service issues efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance service preferred.
• Understanding of Commercial Lines CSR responsibilities is a plus
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
