Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for its Property & Casualty division. You will provide responsive support to commercial insurance clients, liaise with producers and account managers, process policy changes, coordinate renewals, and deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and knowledge of agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain.
• Experience: 2+ years of commercial lines servicing preferred.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial insurance products (GL, property, workers’ comp, auto).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, policy changes, audits, and billing communications.
• Service a portfolio of commercial accounts across industries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and certificates; update policy docs.
• Coordinate renewal submissions and obtain quotes and coverage options.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Use agency management systems accurately and comply with regulations.
