Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to support all facets of client service, including account maintenance, servicing activities, and communications with carriers and clients. The role centers on accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end policy lifecycle support within Epic and related workflows.

You will manage data, policy changes, audits, and billing while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing and day-to-day servicing.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members.
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates.
• Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments.
