Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency seeks a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to support client service, policy maintenance, and carrier communications. You will own administrative and technical tasks in Epic, ensuring accurate, compliant service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Responsibilities include processing policy changes, billing, audits, and maintaining strong client relationships with carriers and internal teams. A Property & Casualty license is required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing and day-to-day servicing.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members.
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates.
• Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments.
