Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency seeks a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to support client service, policy maintenance, and carrier communications. You will own administrative and technical tasks in Epic, ensuring accurate, compliant service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Responsibilities include processing policy changes, billing, audits, and maintaining strong client relationships with carriers and internal teams. A Property & Casualty license is required or obtained within 30 days.

Description

The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting all facets of client service, including account maintenance, servicing activities, and communication with carriers and clients. This role involves owning various administrative and technical responsibilities within the agency’s management system (Epic), ensuring a high level of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.

  • Understanding of agency workflows and procedures
