Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or obtain within 30 days)
• Experience with commercial lines is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Applied Epic and agency workflows
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Support servicing of commercial lines, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits and billing
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal teams
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, summaries, proposals and certificates
• Handle client billing, invoicing, reconciling discrepancies, and tracking payments
