Oakbridge Insurance Agency seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support marketing, servicing, and underwriting for commercial lines accounts. You will ensure client records are precise, renewals are processed timely, and endorsements handled efficiently.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and Carriers to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. The role includes coordinating policy documents and handling billing alongside team members.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities are needed.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial lines business, including renewals, policy changes, billing and day-to-day servicing.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members.
• Support new business production efforts in collaboration with producers and account executives.
• Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries and certificates.
• Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments.
• Participate in client and carrier meetings, as needed.
