Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under leadership, you will ensure excellent client service and timely task completion, maintaining accurate policy details in EPIC and generating communications for clients and carriers.

Leverage MS Office and EPIC to manage documents, endorsements, and activity tracking while coordinating with a senior team member to meet client expectations and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team members
• Order loss runs
