Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Rhode Island is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business under a lead servicer. This role focuses on delivering excellent client service, maintaining accurate EPIC records, and producing standard communications to clients and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience and are licensed or pursuing a state Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
Licensed or working toward a state Property & Casualty license within a defined timeframe.
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
Ability to learn coverage fundamentals and deliver excellent client service.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business.
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
Endorse policy in EPIC.
Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member.
Order loss runs.
