Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Commercial lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sales, customer service, and account management.

Aufgaben

• Assist with creating, quoting, and issuing new commercial policies.
• Provide ongoing service and account management for existing clients.
• Respond to client questions on coverage, renewals, billing, and needs.
• Review accounts and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Support renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve issues.
• Develop relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Participate in sales and business development to grow the book of business.
• Maintain organized client and policy documentation.
