ThinkingAhead, located in Austin, TX, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a portfolio of middle market and large commercial accounts. You will nurture client relationships, process endorsements and billing, and support Producers while maintaining accurate policy data.

The role emphasizes renewal leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of commercial lines markets, with licensing requirements in TX/Oklahoma and desirable professional designations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Commercial Lines insurance account management experience is required.
• Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
• Experience with handling large, complex risks.
• Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Services Commercial Lines Book of Business, building relationships and ongoing client care.
• Endorsements, billing/payments, and related documentation duties.
• Assists Claims Coordinator when needed and creates renewal proposals.
• Leads renewal processes in partnership with Production team.
• Supports Producers as the first line of contact when unavailable, remarkets accounts as needed.
