Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager with an active P&C license to join our team in Michigan. You will manage mid-market accounts, build strong client relationships, and tailor insurance solutions to complex risk profiles.

You will collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accurate coverage, timely renewals, and proactive risk management for clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
• Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in middle market commercial lines account management or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to assess evolving insurance requirements and concerns.
• Evaluate client portfolios to identify gaps and tailor policies to risks.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and reports to clients.
