The Jonus Group is seeking a P&C licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Farmington Hills, MI. You will manage a portfolio of mid-market clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will build lasting client relationships, communicate regularly to assess needs, and collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and renewals. You will prepare proposals and risk management recommendations.

Formación

• Active P&C license
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages and underwriting processes
• Proficient with insurance management software and Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client relationships and tailor insurance solutions.
• Communicate with clients to assess needs and address concerns.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend policy enhancements.
• Collaborate with underwriters on terms, pricing and coverage.
• Prepare insurance proposals and reports for clients.
• Coordinate renewals and ensure timely submissions to underwriters.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage policy changes and administrative tasks.
• Analyze client risk and provide risk management recommendations.
• Act as liaison during claims process and monitor progress.
• Work with underwriting, claims and risk management for seamless service.
• Share market insights with colleagues.
• Identify upsell opportunities to existing clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Maintain client records and communication logs.
