Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of commercial lines and strong communication skills.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of experience, a current Property and Casualty license, and proficiency with insurance platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing commercial insurance accounts.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial insurance clients.
• Manage portfolios ensuring coverage adequacy and timely inquiries.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and premiums.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose comprehensive solutions.
• Oversee renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments.
• Stay current on products, market trends, and regulations.
• Lead claims management to ensure smooth resolution.
• Identify growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Deliver presentations and reports on performance and recommendations.
• Mentor junior account managers and promote teamwork.
