Job summary

HUB International in Indiana is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee a book of business typically exceeding $500k in revenue. You will deliver exceptional client service, preserve accurate records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to retain and grow accounts.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, coordinating with Producers and Senior Account Managers, and occasional travel to serve clients across the region. A strong background in commercial lines and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, or Equivalent.
• 3-5+ years in a Commercial Lines role on the agency side.
• Experience with middle market accounts; average revenue around $15k+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and client data systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business generally over $500k in revenue.
• Provide quality service to retain clients and maintain records in systems.
• Collaborate with Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associates.
• Mentor and train junior team members as applicable.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
