HUB International Midwest-East is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee an assigned book of business exceeding $500K in revenue. You will retain clients through proactive service and maintain accurate records in EPIC, while collaborating with Producers, Sr.

Account Managers, and Associates. In this role you will mentor junior team members, support peak workloads, and contribute to cross-functional client solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5+ years in Commercial Lines on the agency side.
• P&C license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business generally in excess of $500k in revenue.
• Provide quality customer service to retain clients with 93% retention or higher.
• Collaborate with Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
• Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
