Job summary

HUB International Midwest-East is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Michigan to oversee a sizable book of business and maintain high client retention. You will work in a collaborative team with Producers and senior account staff, mentoring junior teammates and ensuring accurate client records in EPIC.

The role requires 3–5+ years in Commercial Lines, a P&C license, and strong communication; travel is possible. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and dedicated onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–5+ years in a Commercial Lines role on the agency side.
• Experience with middle-market accounts; typical revenue per account around $15k+.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business generally in excess of $500k in revenue.
• Provide quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 93% retention or more.
• Collaborate within a team that includes Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
• Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants, as necessary.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
• Special projects and all other duties, as assigned.
