This role involves managing a book of large commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, coverage summaries, and insurance documents. You will conduct consultative discussions with clients, build relationships with clients and carriers, and process renewals and marketing submissions. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling opportunities and supporting team growth.
Qualifications include at least 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management, active Property & Casualty License, strong knowledge of insurance products, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills. A college degree or industry designations are preferred.
