Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Remote

Are you ready to join an insurance agency that values your insurance proficiency? A top insurance brokerage in Sacramento is looking to add a well-versed Commercial Lines Account Manager to the team! In this role, you will manage and maintain a book of business and ensure strong client relationships.
What’s in it for you?
$65,000 - $85,000 annual salary, depending on experience
100% remote
MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

What we need from you:
Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
Licensed: You have your active Property & Casualty license
Software: You are proficient with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software systems
Knowledge: You have strong verbal, written, and communication skills
Book of Business: You have experience with small- to medium-sized construction accounts
What you will be doing:
Follow up with markets for quotations
Be knowledgeable in all different lines of coverage
Service accounts of mostly small to medium-sized clients
Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
Process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
Request information and documentation as needed
