We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance as well as experience in endorsements, proposals, renewals, and policy analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and endorsements to clients.
  • Conduct detailed policy analysis, ensuring all policies are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the client's needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling all inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in account management.
  • Proven experience in commercial property and casualty endorsements, proposals, renewals, and policy analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed policy analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and changes.
  • Ability to work well in a team, with a strong focus on providing a seamless service experience for clients.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle all client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Have currently or the ability to obtain and Property and Casualty license
