Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at a retail brokerage
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Insurance certifications are a plus!
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Microsoft Office

The Position:

• Foster strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
• Ability to effectively assess risk
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Respond to all inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
• Prepare the applications for submission with the underwriting information provided by the producer
• Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
