Job summary

ThinkingAhead seeks a Commercial Account Manager to serve agency clients in Florida. You will review coverages, handle renewals, and manage communications for existing policies while maintaining accurate records in the agency management system.

Role requires working with the sales team, processing new business, and coordinating signings remotely as needed, with experience in AMS360 or Epic preferred.

Qualifications

• Active 2-20 license required to service agency accounts.
• Experience servicing agency clients and handling renewals.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales team to review best coverages for accounts.
• Make and receive calls to agency insureds regarding policy questions, renewals, and new business.
• Input data into the agency management system accurately and timely.
• Shop new and renewal business accounts through the insurance market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure renewal business.
• Provide independent servicing of assigned book of business, endorsements, and record keeping.
• Remotely send accounts for signature and binding.
