Job summary

tggaccounting seeks a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to service a commercial lines book and develop client relationships in a collaborative, client-focused firm in Linwood, NJ. You will manage renewals, COIs, endorsements, and carrier communications, using AMS 360 or equivalent to maintain accurate records and support producers with new business and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Experience managing a generalist commercial property and casualty book.
• AMS 360 experience preferred; Applied Epic acceptable.
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established commercial lines book of business consisting of approximately 300 client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while responding promptly to coverage questions and service requests.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other policy documentation.
• Market both new and renewal business to multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options.
• Prepare renewal proposals and review policy recommendations with clients.
• Communicate regularly with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve coverage questions and negotiate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
• Support producers with new business onboarding, account transitions, and retention efforts.
• Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines for renewals, endorsements, carrier requests, and client deliverables.
• Deliver a high level of customer service focused on long-term client retention and satisfaction.
