Job summary

Grove Financial & Associates seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Hanover, PA to provide prompt, accurate service to clients, producers and carriers. You will process applications, endorsements, renewals and remarkets while supporting growth with cross-selling opportunities.

Operations rely on AMS360 or Epic; EZLynx familiarity is preferred, and a valid DOI P&C license is required. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization and strong client communication in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active DOI P&C License required.
• Experience with EZLynx preferred.
• Knowledge of AMS360 or Epic system.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel.
• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and invoicing for commercial accounts.
• Review renewals for changes and perform market undertakings as needed.
• Cross-sell and up-sell to expand client coverage and revenue.
• Maintain detailed client activity documentation in AMS360 or Epic.
