Job summary

The Juris Agency in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our office full-time. You will provide exceptional client service, handle policy changes, and support the executive team.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license, at least 5 years in Commercial Lines Insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills. AMS360 experience is a plus, and a 30-minute commute is expected.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• At least 5 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills; AMS360 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, quote, and process renewal and new business submissions.
• Maintain client contact throughout the year to nurture relationships.
• Update client accounts via renewals and policy changes.
• Process policy changes and issue documents as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products to advise clients accurately.
