Job summary

Cesfl is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to respond to daily client service needs, conduct thorough renewal reviews, and advise on coverage options. The role involves data entry at binding, preparing renewal proposals, and cross-selling additional services to clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Connecticut P&C license, have 3+ years in commercial lines, and be proficient with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Must be P&C licensed in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service needs of clients.
• Performs renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and makes coverage recommendations.
• Assures that all pertinent data is properly input in the computer upon binding.
• Prepares renewal proposals.
• Rounds out existing accounts and cross sells to client other services provided by the agency.
• Makes sure management system is documented.
• In coordination with producer, meets with clients as needed.
