Qualifications

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service needs of clients.
• Perform renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and make coverage recommendations.
• Ensure data is properly input upon binding in the system.
• Round out existing accounts and cross-sell other agency services.
• Document the management system.
• In coordination with the producer, meet with clients as needed.
