Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned accounts. You will work with limited supervision to ensure accurate policy administration and service delivery.

The role emphasizes renewing policies, data entry, billing, and collaboration with underwriters; requires active P&C license, strong communication, organization, and proficiency in MS Office;

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty license required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
