Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for new and renewal business with a focus on renewals.
• Market and remarket accounts for coverage and pricing.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and COIs.
• Review policies for accuracy and answer client questions.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Assist clients with claims questions and responsive service.
• Support producers with ongoing account servicing needs.
• Manage a generalist commercial lines book, including farm/agriculture accounts.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency systems.
• Support office operations and expand responsibilities.

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a diverse book of commercial insurance business. This role is well suited for a professional with a strong background in farm and agriculture insurance and experience managing day-to-day commercial lines servicing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.

• Market and remarket accounts to obtain appropriate coverage and competitive pricing.

• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.

• Review policies for accuracy and respond to client coverage questions.

• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.

• Assist clients with claims-related questions and provide responsive customer service.

• Support producers with ongoing account servicing needs.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000+ annually, depending on experience.
