Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing complex and specialized commercial accounts, including non-profit organizations, habitational properties, railroads, and other significant accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, a proven track record of stability, and the ability to handle intricate accounts with critical thinking and expertise.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (starting point, excluding bonuses; compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications)

• Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office; hybrid option available after 6 months (1 day remote per week) and 2 days remote after 1 year

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools; familiarity with Excel for formatting and problem-solving.
